Client Service Leader - Industrial Market

Job Description:
We are considering candidates for this position based at any of our domestic U.S. offices.
CDM Smith is seeking a Client Service Leader to help further accelerate the growth of our Industrial business unit by identifying promising new opportunities, winning and overseeing exciting new projects, and growing as well as servicing key client accounts. This individual will bring significant experience in design-build delivery, having helped clients successfully implement capacity/facility expansions, meet water management objectives, comply with environmental requirements, or address other related needs. As an integral member of our dynamic Industrial team and operation, you would contribute by:
-Leading client engagement, client service management, strategic marketing, and business development for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
-Developing new business and maintaining high value relationships with industrial clients across sectors
-Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high quality projects
-Collaborating with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of leading-edge tools that improve project delivery for clients
-Implementing short and long-term strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of CDM Smith

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline and MS or MBA degree
-At least 15 years of Business Development experience with at least 10 years of experience in the industrial market with demonstrated client relationship building since Bachelor's degree
-Accomplished business developer with excellent client networking, presentation, interpersonal, time management and listening skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
